  • Please carry your passport & valid travel documents; your passport should be valid at least six months beyond your departure date.
  • Arrange travel insurance and check health/travel advisories before trip for safety contingency.
  • Inform us in advance of extra baggage so appropriate transport arrangements can be made.
  • On arrival, carry local cash for minor expenses; credit cards may not always be accepted in remote areas.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests depend upon hotel availability; standard times are 14:00 check-in, 12:00 check-out.
  • Entrance tickets/ additional meals/ jeep hires to be paid directly by the guest.
  • Dress modestly when visiting temples: covered shoulders, knees, and remove shoes before entering sacred areas.
  • When taking photos, especially of locals or religious sites, ask for permission first to respect privacy and customs.
  • Be aware of Poya days: public alcohol service is restricted and hotel public areas observe cultural etiquette.
  • Respect local customs: avoid loud behavior, public displays of affection, and follow guide instructions.
  • Wildlife encounters are common—do not feed, approach, or disturb animals in parks, temples, or rural areas.
